- Live Online Instruction from a FEMM Instructor Intern (under supervision) - Practice Exercises and Review - Custom Chart Review - Get Insight into Your Unique Hormonal Patterns - Learn How to Avoid or Achieve Pregnancy - Naturally! Session 1: FEMM & Your Health Learn how hormones influence your health and how to chart your hormonal activity. Session 2: FEMM Expert Learn to identify healthy patterns or health problems. Session 3: Family Planning Learn to manage your fertility, wherever you are on your journey. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (Intern Sessions Only): You must be an adult woman, not pregnant, not exclusively breastfeeding, or currently using birth control/IUD who is willing to: - Chart daily for 3 full cycles, using the FEMM symbols (along with your notes), - Chart with the FEMM app and with the FEMM paper chart, and email a copy of your full charting to your Instructor, in advance of each Session, - Complete the FEMM Health Form (giving anonymous consent to FEMM so we can support you and your FEMM Instructor with health and cycle information), - Test your LH surge in Cycles 2 and 3 - Share your charts and discuss any questions with your FEMM Instructor at each Session *This offering is entirely free, but it does require the purchase of LH test strips that may be purchased for ~$12 on Amazon and the use of a smartphone and printer or computer. **Partners are HIGHLY encouraged to attend**
