Natural Family Planning + Cycle Awareness are designed to honor your body as a whole, helping you dive deeper into understanding the incredible gift of your fertility and cycle. Cycle awareness also teaches us how to listen to our body when something may not be quite right. Let's connect! This intro call is completely pressure-free. We’ll chat about different NFP and cycle tracking methods, how to track your cycle, and how to spot important signs of health within your tracking.
